| DESCRIPTION |
- MC-807 is a one part, gun applied and water-based acrylic sealant that cures to a flexible and tough rubber with good adhesion to porous surfaces without primer. It is also a harder, low cost and environmental friendly sealant that can be easily cleaned up with water. These dispersion acrylic sealants are far more superior if compared to other caulking compound, such as butyl mastics, oil-based mastics etc.

- It should not be applied outdoors if it is likely to be rained upon within 2 hours of application. Not for: use in areas of constant water immersion. Not for: joint movement more than 10%.

| APPLICATIONS |
- Surface must be clean and dry.
- Mask smooth surface to simplify clean up.
- Use approved back-up material in joint.
- Cut nozzle to desired size.
- Insert cartridge into caulking gun.
- Push sealant ahead for uniform bead.
- Tool within 20 minutes.
- Clean off excess sealant with water.

| CURING TIME |
- MC-807 will tack free in approximately 20 minutes and will cure to a depth of 10mm in 7-14 days. Longer curing time may be necessary in cold and high humidity area.
