Payment Terms and Conditions

Cash Upon Delivery (COD):

  1. For orders designated as “Cash Upon Delivery,” payment must be made in full with cash at the time of delivery.
  2. The exact amount specified in the invoice should be prepared and handed to our delivery personnel upon receipt of the goods.

Full Payment Before Delivery:

  1. For orders designated as “Full Payment Before Delivery,” the entire invoice amount must be settled before the scheduled delivery date.
  2. Payment can be made through the accepted modes specified in the invoice, such as bank transfer or any other agreed-upon method.

Payment Methods:

  1. Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfers, and any other methods agreed upon in writing between the parties.
  2. Bank transfer details will be provided on the invoice.

Late Payment:

Late payments may incur additional charges or result in a delay in the delivery of goods.

Invoice Validity:

The invoice is valid for 7 days from the date of issuance. Orders not paid within this period may be subject to cancellation.

Refund Policy:

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes regarding payments or invoices shall be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, mediation in accordance with applicable laws.

Changes to Terms:

We reserve the right to modify these payment terms and conditions. Any changes will be communicated to the customer in writing.
