Description

BOSSMAN Fire-Resistant PU Foam BRPU900 is a high-quality expanding foam designed for sealing gaps, joints, and openings around doors, windows, pipes, and wall cracks. Its fire-resistant formula helps slow down flame spread while providing strong adhesion, insulation, and airtight sealing. Suitable for construction, renovation, and general repair work where extra safety and durability are needed.

Applications

• Shake the can well before use
• Surfaces must be clean and free of dust and grease but may be humid.
• Application temperature should be 50°C until +30°C
• Wear protective gloves and safety googles.
• Cover unprotected areas with BOSSMAN Masking Tape
• Screw applicator onto the valve
• Shake thoroughly for at least 2 to 4 minutes.
• Spray water to make surface humid. When filling large voids, spray BOSSMAN PU Foam in layers and between each layer, spray water to make the surface moist, fill cavities about 50% as BOSSMAN PU foam will continue to expand for several hours.
• Spray foam with valve pointed downward for maximum yield.
• Remove uncured foam with acetone immediately after use. Cured foam cannot be cleaned with solvents. Use abrasives (sanding paper) to remove cured foam. Cured foam is not harmful.
